"My mother-in-law experienced water damage in her condo, and it has now been over a month without any resolution. Despite repeated attempts, reaching Hemina Patel has been nearly impossible. However, when it comes to sales, she seems to be readily available. This contrast is deeply frustrating. We have emailed the State Farm claims department multiple times with no response or updates. The complete lack of communication and support is unacceptable, especially for a company that promotes itself as being "like a good neighbor." Unfortunately, our experience has been anything but. I would not recommend State Farm to anyone based on the poor service we've received. They should truly be ashamed of how this situation has been handled. They sent us a check for less than what their contractor/adjuster quoted. I cannot believe that State Farm allows this type of business practice and allows for long standing clients to be treated as such. If you see the name Hemina Patel look for another agent it's not worth the headache."

"If you never have to file a claim, then this is the place for you. State Farm offers discounted prices if you bundle. However, you should expect to be dropped if you have to file any claims. We have been at our place for over 10 years. Never had to file a claim until 2024. We had filed 2 claims due to water damage and then were told they no longer would cover us. Hemina is rarely in and it’s difficult to speak to her directly. If you want better service and attention, look elsewhere. Spoke with Sophia at the office, and she was helpful and tried her best to explain how homeowner insurance claims/policy work. I appreciate her willingness to help."
